- In case of major changes, alternative options or partial refunds may be provided.
- The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
- Customers are responsible for their behavior and any damage caused during the tour.
- Misconduct may lead to termination of the tour without any refund.
- All complaints must be reported during the tour; post-tour complaints may not be considered.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a specified time frame through the original payment method.
- Prices are subject to change due to fuel cost increases, seasonal variations, or government regulations.
- The company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour.
- Travel insurance is not included and is recommended to be arranged by the customer.
