• Passengers are requested to contact Tour operator or Driver for boarding point or vehicle-related queries.
• Passengers are requested to cooperate with the tour operator if the vehicle is delayed due to traffic or any other reasons.
• Passengers are requested to reach the boarding point 10mins before the departure time.
• Passengers are requested to take care of their belongings throughout the trip.

• Time taking for Dharma Darshan is not fixed. Based on that day crowed and situations it may take minimum of 4-6 hours and some days even more than that.
• All Tourists should board from Bangalore only. Transporting to Titupati in your own way transportation and joining for TTD Darshan or joining at Hotel is not allowed under any circumstances.
• We kindly request your cooperation in the event that the bus operator needs to change the boarding location due to heavy traffic, rain, road diversions, rallies, public meetings or any other operational reasons. If you encounter any additional transportation expenses, the operator will reimburse you accordingly. Your understanding and cooperation in these situations are greatly appreciated.
• Incase TTD not allowing for special darshan during the Festival Holidays/Bundh/Strikes/Sun or Moon eclipse days or any other maintenance inside temple or any other TTD department decision, in that case operator will reschedule the date or cancel the service without any charges.
