We also reserve the right to cancel or amend the departure due to operational reasons or other conditions. Most changes may be minor, but in certain cases there could be significant changes. A change is considered significant if it involves a change of destination or date of departure.
• In case of a significant change, you will be informed as soon as possible and provided with available options. You may accept the cancellation and receive a refund of the payment made to us. However, no refund will be provided for services such as pre/post accommodation, airline tickets, excursions, extensions, or any other arrangements booked by you or your travel agent separately.
• In case of a force majeure situation where a departure has to be cancelled, there will be no refund of the amount paid to us or reimbursement of any additional expenses incurred due to the cancellation or change.
